02Account Registration & Verification

05Gaming Rules

• Dw52 is not liable for disconnections during a game session; all game results are saved on the server.
• If a game is not completed due to a technical error, the bet will be refunded.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final — disputes will be resolved by reviewing the recorded video.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet will be automatically voided and the funds will be returned.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting bugs or glitches in game software will be voided.

06Prohibited Activities

In the event of account closure, any valid balance will generally be refunded, unless the closure is due to fraud or a breach of the rules. You have the right to appeal an account closure decision.

11Terms Update & Amendment Policy

• Changes required for urgent legal or security reasons may take effect immediately.
